Is this an official BMW guide?
No. Turn-In Lab is an independent consumer-preparation resource. BMW's current lease agreement and inspection standards control your actual return.
Does the Playbook guarantee I won't be charged?
No. It helps you inspect, document and prioritize. It does not predict or guarantee your lessor's final charges.
When should I use it?
Start about 90 days before maturity. The earlier you identify an issue, the more time you have to compare repair options.
How do I receive it?
After checkout, Shopify's digital product delivery app can automatically send your download link by email.
